Woman Bomb is a play portraying a female suicide bomber in the last minutes before detonation, but at the same time deconstructs a process of forging a theatre play in writer’s head. It is a poignant blend made of documentary elements, powerful depiction of mind in critical turmoil and intimate dialogue between author and suicide bomber.
“Is this an act of heroism ending in my suicide
or is this a suicide hidden behind the act of heroism”

Woman Bomb – exceptionally compelling, deeply uncomfortable theatre… Every minute of this hour-long show is used to great effect. … Woman Bomb is excellent political theatre, a complex, intelligent play which deserves to be booked solid when it returns in May. (Londonist)
This play challenges you to think about how you think, and in this way the show is a success and well done .. This play has some beautiful and horrid images. (Public Review****)
Director Maja Milatović-Ovadia is no stranger to hard-hitting drama. She positively relishes the challenge of theatre that blasts through audience preconceptions – both in terms of theatre and politics. … It is both hard-hitting and shocking.
(A World to Win, ****)
That these skilled actors are able to handle such difficult and provocative material so well is helped in no small measure by the fine writing of Ivana Sajko.
(British Theatre Guide)
Just a Must’s production of Woman Bomb is a stylishly presented and poetic evocation of the final minutes of a female suicide bomber’s life.
